She is MY best friend; I am not sure where I land on her scale. I love her, and value the time we spend together. But I don’t feel secure in our friendship. I HATE that! I want to feel secure; I want to KNOW that she will always be there, that she loves me unconditionally and doesn’t judge me. I don’t know these things. I want someone in my life that works as hard as I do to be in my life as I work to be in theirs. I want an equal relationship. I honestly believe I have never had one of those. I don’t want a relationship where someone wants to spend more time with me that I want with them; I don’t want to be that person either. I want equality! Hmmph! Big dreams huh.
